We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our procurement team as an Administrative Support. As an integral part of our procurement department, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative assistance and ensuring smooth operations. This position will have a global focus, providing back-office support for all regions (Asia Pacific, Europe, North America, Middle East).

Procurement Support
Creation of purchase orders in our ERP systems: ELC and SAP.
Transfer of assets in ELC/SAP.
Data collection and updates.
Follow-up on ongoing orders, including delivery acceptance, collection of asset data, and completion of delivery acceptance forms, in collaboration with suppliers.
Utilize DocuSign for PO and other document signatures.
Store documents in SharePoint.
Control and approve invoices in our system.
Manage DHL shipments by preparing tags and labels.
Upload manuals and certificates in the TCR SharePoint Library.
🕵 We are looking for an individual who:
Has proven experience in an administrative support role or similar position, preferably in a procurement or supply chain environment.
Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish; knowledge of Dutch, French, or any other language is a plus.
Can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Shows flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
